Cleaning & chores

Everyone cleans up after themselves. A shared chore board divides household responsibilities fairly so keeping the home clean is truly a team effort.

Kitchen

Wash pots, pans and dishes right after use (or load the dishwasher). The dishwasher is run and emptied daily, and the kitchen floor is swept and mopped every evening.

Food & fridge

If you didn't buy it and it isn't marked as shared, don't touch it. Label your food, keep it sealed, and help with the weekly fridge and freezer clean-out.

Bathrooms

Leave the shower, sink, tub and toilet clean for the next person. Never flush wipes or feminine products. Bathroom trash is emptied daily, and let management know before supplies run out.

Smoking & pets

No smoking anywhere inside the home; outdoor smoking may be allowed in designated areas. This is a no-pet home, with exceptions for assistance animals as required by law.

Personal property

Residents are responsible for securing their own belongings. We encourage every resident to carry renter's insurance.
